Kicktipp dashboard
A public football prediction round turned into a readable dashboard: standings with position trends, cumulative points, a bump chart, a heatmap and auto-generated insights — because the original interface is static.
The problem
Kicktipp runs prediction leagues reliably but only shows the current standing. Anyone wanting to know how a league developed across matchdays gets a static table and has to work out the rest themselves.
The solution
The same data as a readable dashboard. The standings gain a position trend, points are plotted across matchdays, a bump chart shows the overtakes, and a heatmap makes visible who was strong or weak on which matchday. On top of that come generated readings — who gained the most, who predicts most consistently.
How it is built
Next.js and TypeScript. The charts are part of the design rather than dropped in afterwards: same colour roles, same number formatting, same spacing as the rest of the layout. A dashboard where every chart speaks its own language reads worse than a table.
